With a port that dries out at low tide, Padstow Harbour Commissioners required a pontoon-based berthing system that could safely and evenly take the ground at low tide with the fishing boats alongside. The solution was adding legs.

Walcon Marine has worked closely with The Trafalgar group on unique project at Thornham Marina near Chichester, Hampshire. This involved the design and build of individual, stylised, high-quality pontoons to provide the base platforms for luxury floating accommodation boats.
Our Dutch partner W2 Support has been busy with maintenance work.
This project involved extending piers A, B and C out to the existing mid-river pontoons to integrate them into the main marina layout. The site is a challenging one with little space for manoeuvring the piling barge.
Premiere Marina’s Brighton location is a particularly special one for us. We returned there to reinstate the pontoons that we had temporarily removed while the West Quay marina village development with its mix of leisure and accommodation space was being built.
A new berthing facility by Walcon Marine for vessels operated by the Royal Oman Police Coast Guard is in its final stages of completion. The facility forms part of a major new Coast Guard Harbour which is being built in the town of Sidab, a short distance to the east of Muscat on the Gulf of Oman.
Walcon Marine has installed a maximum heavy-duty berthing facility at ABP’s Hamilton Dock at Lowestoft, on the UK’s east coast, for use by wind farm support vessels

We have installed a new crane quay pontoon at MDL’s Woolverstone Marina
Walcon returned to the RAF Yacht Club on the River Hamble to replace an existing line of pontoons with nine new System 21 units.
We have added a new line of pontoons above the road bridge at Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight. Seven System 21 pontoons totalling 90 metres.
