Having achieved his M.Eng in Civil Engineering in 1988, James subsequently spent four years gaining experience as a Projects Manager in the construction industry before joining the family business in 1993. James's experience with Walcon however began at a much earlier age, when he spent many a school holiday working both out on site and in the factory.

David joined Walcon in September 1996 with a background in production engineering. On a day to day basis his duties include the ordering of materials and the logistics of meeting factory production targets and deadlines. His principle objective is to maintain the quality and service for which Walcon is renowned while keeping abreast of the latest innovations and customer requirements.

Keith joined Walcon in November 2011 and was appointed Financial Director in May 2022. Prior to this he worked for companies involved in Sawing and Bar Storage technology and a brief sojourn into the FMCG market, always leading from the front with his very hands on management style. Keith has been a Fellow of the Association of the Chartered Certified Accountants since November 2005.

John joined Walcon in October 2012 and was appointed Technical Director in May 2022. Prior to joining Walcon he spent sixteen years working for a firm of multidisciplined Consulting Engineers gaining experience in the Civil, Marine, and Rail sectors. John has been a Chartered Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers since 2006.

Walcon Marine is justly proud of its staff, many of whom have been with the company for 25 years or more. And not just at estimating, accounts and administration, but throughout the organisation in Manufacture, Transport, Installation and After-Sales Care.
