Walcon Marine's purpose-built factory in the United Kingdom has, through its skilled workforce, the capacity to produce marina and yacht harbour products to the highest standards and using the best available materials to ensure strength, longevity and minimal maintenance.
Our highly experienced workforce uses the latest manufacturing and production facilities to produce equipment for marinas such as yacht berthing harbours, access bridges, floating marina pontoons, breakwaters, concrete floats, heavy duty working dock harbours and other marina hardware.
Walcon Marine's modern marina construction factory also produces the world-renowned System 21 and System 2000 floating pontoon systems, articulating finger pontoons and the Waliflote flotation unit.

Supply
Walcon Marine has invested heavily both in its transport fleet of modern vehicles and in the marina storage and shipping facility which it owns at Vancouver Wharf in the port of Southampton. From this wharf, floating pontoons and walkways, gangways, hardware, breakwaters and other ancillary equipment are loaded and shipped to marinas all around the world.
Walcon also maintains a fleet of three, purpose-built barges can transport the products and installation equipment anywhere in the British Isles and, if needed, remain on location as floating storage while a project is underway, should the customer require. Find out more in the Barges section.
