Walcon Marine's modern factory on the UK’s south coast was the first purpose-built marina pontoon manufacturing facility in Europe and has a capacity to produce in excess of 350 linear metres of floating pontoon per week. Its modern facilities combined with Walcon’s skilled workforce produces marina and yacht harbour products to the highest standards and using the best available materials to ensure strength, longevity and minimal maintenance.
The factory produces all the major components for Walcon’s market-leading System 21 and System 2000 floating pontoon systems, articulating finger pontoons and the Waliflote flotation unit. These include the access bridges, floating marina pontoons, breakwaters, concrete floats, heavy duty working dock harbours and other marina hardware.
