We are pleased to say that we will be in our usual position at the Southampton Boat Show – stand E048 on the waterfront, next to the walkway down to the marina. Once again the entire marina is a Walcon project so do feel free to admire the walkways and finger pontoons as you stroll around what is one of the largest temporary marinas to be built annually anywhere in the world. It has over 2,000 metres of pontoons and hosts more than 300 vessels ranging from tenders to superyachts.
Planning, building and dismantling it is a major undertaking, but thanks to the Walcon fleet of barges and the use of permanent sockets in the seabed to fix the piles each year, we have the resources and engineering skills to make it a success. So come and join us on our stand any time. Refreshments of various types will be available, depending on the time of day!
