Twenty years after we first installed the original marina at Ocean Quay in Southampton, we returned to reconfigure the layout and extend the piers out into the River Itchen to increase capacity. It now has 100 berths for yachts up to 50 metres. System 21 pontoons were used and all the supply took place via water from our Woolston depot just a few hundred yards away on the other side of the river. The surrounding St. James’ Wharf area is also getting a makeover in recognition of its role as a hub for yacht restoration.
