Over the winter we were at MDL’s Mercury Yacht Harbour for some re-decking and the replacement of some finger pontoons, as well as their Port Hamble facility where we removed the 30 year old fuel pontoon and took it back to our workshops for repairs before re-inserting it.
Meanwhile, Northney Marina required the removal of six piles so that the dredger could access the surrounding area, as well as the moving and reinstallation of the walkways and finger pontoons. The Walcon Warrior was brought in to perform the extractions and reinsertions.. This was the first time that the barge has been used in that way and it all went well!
