We have installed a new crane quay pontoon at MDL’s Woolverstone Marina. This special arrangement is narrower than a standard pontoon so as to keep to a minimum the extension of the crane boom, thereby increasing its weight limit. As well as having plenty of cleats the pontoons feature continuous padded fendering to protect the yachts alongside. We have also completed this year a finger removal and reinstallation programme at the marina to allow for unobstructed dredging.
