Alongside berthing for Portsmouth dry stack

Back to Camber Dock in Portsmouth to supply and install additional alongside berthing capacity at Ken Brown’s Dry Stack. A total of five new System 21 pontoons giving an additional 47-metres of berthing space where position along the dock wall and held in place with wall column guides. The additional berthing was needed due to the growth of the facility. A new bridge-head and pontoons had previously been added by Walcon to keep pace with increased usage however, as demand for dry stack spaces continued to rise, new racking was added in 2020 at the eastern end of the yard, capable of taking taller and wider boats. That together with boat usage rising with more people currently vacationing at home, the extra berthing will be kept busy in the coming season.
