We made this striking mid-river pontoon for the Salcombe Harbour Authority and installed it in the early summer in the part of the river known as The Bag. The facility was created for the Salcombe Yawls, racing dinghies with over 200 years of history that are unique to the harbour. We combined our System 21 pontoons with low-profile modular aqua-dock floats that allow the boats to be easily pulled out and launched without having to come ashore. The new structure replaced a previous line of pontoons but retained the original moorings.
