PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Walcon Marine has a dedicated team of project managers that stay with a particular job from start to finish. Wherever in the world the contract may be, the individual project manager ensures the clients wishes are carried out and that the design, manufacture, shipping and installation of the product is on time and to budget.
With the 'Walcon Wizard', the companies' purpose-built highly manoeuvrable twin engined self-propelled construction piling barge, Walcon is able to undertake marine civil works in addition to piling thus giving clients the opportunity to work with just one contractor/supplier rather than a number of subcontractors.
MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT
Our management team is probably the most experienced in the care and management of marine pontoons and equipment. Upon the completion of a new Walcon marina or mooring facility, the company will supply a maintenance manual and/or undertake a regular maintenance programme to ensure the equipment installed is kept in first class condition.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
Walcon Marine's team is available to cover any eventuality that may occur during the life of the equipment to ensure complete customer satisfaction. After installation of a marina, regular contact is maintained.
