Robin Walters BSc MICE FIHE - Chairman
Robin, a Chartered Civil Engineer and Company founder was one of the original pioneers behind large scale marinas in this country and abroad. Robin has combined his love of sailing, his love of travel and his indisputable professional expertise to develop and promote his company's products world wide.

James Walters M.Eng - Managing Director
Having achieved his M.Eng in Civil Engineering in 1988, James (Robin's son) subsequently spent four years gaining experience as a Projects Manager in the construction industry before joining the family business in 1993. James's experience with Walcon however began at a much earlier age, when he spent many a school holiday working with the men both out on site and in the factory.

Clive Kemp - Commercial Director
Clive joined Walcon in 1976 as a design draughtsman. He went on to project manage contracts both in the United Kingdom and overseas. With some seventeen years experience with Walcon behind him, Clive was appointed Commercial Director in 1993.

John Donald - Contracts Director
John joined Walcon in February 1997 having spent the previous 20 years in the Middle East. He brought with him extensive project management experience and his principle responsibility at Walcon is to oversee the smooth running of installations.

David Philbrow - Production Director
David joined Walcon in September 1996 with a production engineering background. On a day to day basis his duties include the ordering of materials and the logistics of meeting factory production targets and deadlines. His principle objective is to maintain the quality and service Walcon is renowned for while keeping abreast of the latest innovations and customer requirements.
